Hand-harvested from the cold and pristine waters of netarts bay on the Oregon Coast, this flaky finishing salt has bright salinity and a delicate crunch!

Use it to finish savory and sweet dishes alike!  Weight: 4oz.

Chocolate Dipped Sumo Oranges

• 1 Sumo Citrus
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate
• Jacobsen's Pure Flaky Sea Salt; to finish

Melt dark chocolate in the microwave on 30 second intervals, stirring in between.

Once melted, dip sumo slices and lay flat on parchment paper.

Sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate until set.
