Pear Pistachio Jam
Sweet ripe pears meet roasted pistachios in a bright, nutty jam with a lightly salty finish. Delicious on a goat cheese and pear flatbread. Pair with salty cured meat on a flatbread. Spoon over warm brie or camembert. Use as a glaze for roasted chicken or pork or drizzle on ice cream or pastries.
