Wild Swedish Lingonberries
Lingonberries are the essential tart and sweet topping for Swedish pancakes and waffles, especially during the holidays!
They’re also perfect for serving alongside pork roast, turkey and Swedish meatballs. All natural and rich in antioxidants, very similar to the American cranberry.

Tangy Lingonberry & Mustard Glaze
In blender, combine Lars Own Wild Swedish Lingonberries, water and vinegar; blend until smooth.
In a small saucepan, combine berry mixture with sugar and mustard. Bring to a boil; simmer over medium-low heat until glaze has thickened and lightly coats the back of a spoon, 9-11 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
